Resolved Question: Isn’t the outrage over taxes misdirected..? shouldn’t we have a say in the distribution of it?

I for one am tired of paying for the Military and the Corporate subsidies. I don’t mind seeing my neighbors get an education if they need one.. treatment for a drug or alcohol problem. I don’t mind my tax dollars heating old peoples homes and I don’t care if they have a wide screen or not.. I don’t mind if my police man is getting paid a good wage.. I don’t care that my Teachers are being paid for their profession.
What I do object to is a reckless war machine that kills indiscriminately, tax breaks for the wealthy and the corporate class. I mind excessive lobby influenced bureaucratic legislating. I mind Banks that earn 36billion in a year for over drafts. I mind bailouts for those same Banks as they foreclose on risky loans they made.. and I mind foreclosures in general… I could go on..
TAXES AREN’T A BAD THING WHEN THEY’RE USED FOR THE RIGHT REASONS..AGREE OR DISAGREE?
ps… I make 75k a year roughly
